Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All sales are final once services have been rendered. Due to the nature of tax preparation and advisory work, refunds are generally not issued after work has commenced or been completed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment: If a client is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service.
Service not rendered: If the client paid for a service that was not started or delivered.
Error on our part: If a significant error is made by our staff that directly results in a financial loss, and the issue cannot be resolved through corrective services.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the service date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Tax preparation services once documents have been submitted or work has started
Completed consultations or strategy sessions
Business filings, forms, or reports already submitted on your behalf
Any downloadable or digital products

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation or service:

A 24-hour notice is required for full cancellation without penalty.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee.
